We run regular skill development sessions at the Spit Bridge where we can help you refine your equalisation to get deeper, practice relaxation and presence – and meet new dive buddies!
When? Saturdays and Sundays
What time? 8:30am-12pm
Where? Spit Bridge or Lilli Pilli
How deep? Up to 30m available
Who can join:
- Certified freedivers
- Students who need to complete their requirements
What's included:
- Briefing and debriefing - up to 1 hour total
- Up to 2 hours in the water
- Hi-res Video recording of your dive
- Light post-dive snacks
- Training plan consultation
