Who are we?
Hey, I’m Arty! It’s great to have you here.
I created 8 Freediving to teach anyone how to hold their breath and go below the surface of the water, using your lungs instead of heavy scuba tanks.
There are many ways to describe what freediving is for people.
Some do it to just become more confident in the water.
Some do it to pursue excellence.
Some find solace and escape from the pressure of our daily lives.
There’s one thing that I think unites us all:
Those moments of Stillness. Flow. Presence. Where we can just… be.
No matter your starting point (and your goal!), I want to help you (re-)discover freediving and its most important component that has a potential to change not just your diving, but your entire life:
The indescribable bliss of feeling alive.
Because once you feel it, it will no longer make sense to do it any other way.

Paradoxically, the urge to breathe is not something to overcome – but something to welcome into your experience.
Sounds really strange, right?
In our courses and training programs, we offer a custom-made framework to befriend your urge and help you create a belief system that calms you down during the breath hold.
And suddenly – the urge to breathe something that is just present, not causing you distress.
We do!
